My plan to go back to Rulindo to attend a meeting with local leaders is changed. I’m back at the VSO office as there is now some urgency to complete the templates for the production of communication boards and flashcards I’ve been working on as part of a special educational needs toolkit.  There is soap and water and hand sanitizer everywhere and people are mostly keeping their distance.
